- Patricia Nation is an attorney with the Nation Law Firm where she is a
trial lawyer in real estate law, business and government, commercial law
and employment. She is founder of
First Arkansas Title, where she serves as President and General Counsel.
Mrs. Nation is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and she is
licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas, Eighth Circuit Court of
Appeals, Fifth Circuit of Appeals and the United States District Court
of Arkansas. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent. She received her B.S.
degree from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and her J.D. degree
from the University Of Arkansas School Of Law, Fayetteville,
Arkansas. Mrs. Nation’s years of
experience in both residential and commercial real estate closings,
bring a very high level of competency to the attorney’s writing title.
- Patricia is President and General Counsel, and has 13 years experience as a real
estate, and employment law attorney, is a member of the Arkansas Bar
Association, Arkansas Land Title Association, licensed Real Estate
Agent, and is licensed to practice in the Eighth and Fifth Circuit
Courts of Appeal and the United States District Court of Arkansas.
- She oversees title examination of all title searches, writes Title
Commitments, prepares all legal documents, performs Quiet Title actions
when necessary, and sets company policy and procedures. She also trains new attorneys in title
examination, writing Title Commitments, and conversion to policy.
- Shelley M. Bolling is co-founder of First Arkansas Title, where she
serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent,
and a member of Arkansas Land Title Association. She has 11 years of Data Processing
Management experience, which includes system installation, repair,
analysis, and fund processing. In
addition, she has several years experience as a national trainer for a
Fortune 200 company. As CFO,
Shelley’s many years experience and integrity in processing large
batches of funds, brings a high level of support to the Company. In addition, her years of experience
in both residential and commercial real estate closings and as a
national trainer, provide excellent education for the support staff.
- She manages the staff, handles accounts receivable and account payable,
sets company policy and procedures, maintains HR files, processes
payroll and any raises, trouble
shoots computer problems, provides system analysis, markets the company,
trains staff on computer software and closing procedures, oversees the
Escrow Officer and closes property.
